The Exchange® Network

In your hometown or on the other side of the globe, you can access your account anytime with your MemberCard® Debit Card. Your MemberCard® also enables you to pay cash at stores, restaurants, and any other vendor displaying the Interac® Direct Payment Service logo. As members of the Exchange® ATM network, members using their MemberCard® Debit Card have surcharge-free access to over 3,300 ATMs in Canada on the Exchange® network, including 7 Surcharge Free ATMs conveniently located throughout Prince George.

Interac Flash®

Interac Flash is an easy and safe way to pay, just tap and go. It is that easy!

And to make it more convenient, effective September 21, 2021, tap limits have been increased as follows:

Individual Transaction Limit: $250 (Currently $100)

Cumulative Limit: $400 (Currently $200)

For your protection, Interac Debit and Interac Flash transactions are carried out online and in real-time, meaning  the card must be present at the physical point-of-sale. The MemberCard® number alone cannot be used to complete a payment transaction – it is simply an identifier, not an account number.

Buyer Protection covering MEMBER CARD® debit card purchases on most retail items of personal property against loss, theft or damage when purchased in full using your MEMBER CARD® debit card. To make a claim, call 1-877-564-2847 ext 6895.

And remember, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is yours - keep your PIN confidential.
